Orders

Will Industrial Action effect my order?

As a small business we rely on Royal Mail as our main courier and so when they go on strike this does delay our deliveries. We highly recommend that if you are purchasing an item from us as a gift to order in advance to receive it on time. We will try to keep you updated when industrial action takes place.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Contact us if you would like to place an order over the phone; and we can send you an invoice via email or SMS. This can range from raw food to natural products. If you are local to us you can order and collect from our store.

When will my order be dispatched?

We like to dispatch your parcel within a day of placing your order. Please know, if you order Fri - Sun, it may arrive later.
Your delivery will be dispatched as soon as our warehouse staff have picked and packed your order. You will be able to track your order here, once you have received your tracking ID.

My order has arrived damaged/part of it is missing. Who do I contact?

Please be aware that during transport, it's likely that some of our treats may be broken/damaged. Your pet will still enjoy the natural treats. If your parcel has arrived damaged and contents are missing, then contact us so we can investigate the situation and resolve the issue.

I received an item I didn't order, what do I do?

If you have ordered a product that we do not have in stock, we will contact you first and ask what would be a suitable substitution or alternatively, we will process a refund. As you know from our website, we sell a vast range of products and mistakes sometimes occur, we are only human.

Subscription Boxes

When will I be billed and when will I receive my box of natural dog treats?

When you first sign up you will be billed for your first box straight away, and then it will be sent out within 48 hours (Mon – Fri). You will then be billed on the same date each month, and your box sent out with the same 48 hour period after that (Mon – Fri). You can expect to receive each box within 2-3 days of it being dispatched.

Can I cancel my subscription at anytime?

Yes you can. You are not tied into a contract. We believe you will stay because your dog will absolutely LOVE our natural dog treats and eco-friendly dog toys! Log in to your account.

Can I skip months?

Yes, totally. Just log in to your dashboard and click MANAGE under My Subscription, and then PAUSE. You can then choose whether to skip one or two months.

Can I get a box every 2 or 3 months instead of every month?

Yes, just get in touch via the livechat facility on our website or drop us an email at help@naturalpet.shop and we’ll make the change for you
